#18 CPU32 and above CPU state inaccuracy
I've seen other people mention the same/similar problems but none have a resolution.
The issue I have is that all CPUs from CPU32 onwards show a percentage of 100.5. Looking at the machine(or in this case 18 machines) the CPUs are not running anywhere close to that speed. At the moment I would have to assume this to be a bug.
