Basically, you can work on any bug you want - you don't permission to do so. In general you need to know C++ and familiarize yourself with the wxWidgets GUI framework. http://www.wxwidgets.org About guidance: I personally don't have time to mentor/guide. The best course of action is simply to start with what you want to fix, if you are facing any problems ask them either on codelite's forum (which has much more users than this mailing list): http://forums.codelite.org or in codelite's IRC channel: #codelite @ irc.freenode.net On Thu, Jul 19, 2012 at 12:20 PM, Omar Hasan <oma...@gm...> wrote: > Hi all, > > I am new to open source world and this mailing list. > I am really interested in fixing this bug - > http://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&aid=3485101&group_id=202033&atid=979960 > Can I start working on it? > Please guide me further. > > Regards > Omar > > -- > Every moment gives us a chance to become more than what we are, > so become stronger and smarter than you were yesterday. > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ > Live Security Virtual Conference > Exclusive live event will cover all the ways today's security and > threat landscape has changed and how IT managers can respond.
