Basically, you can work on any bug you want - you don't permission to do so.
In general you need to know C++ and familiarize yourself with the wxWidgets
GUI framework.

I personally don't have time to mentor/guide.
The best course of action is simply to start with what you want to fix, if
you are facing any problems ask them
either on codelite's forum (which has much more users than this mailing
