I will be using the builds below to compile DC++ from now on.
(as usual, win32-seh & win32-dwarf for 64-bit & 32-bit builds respectively.)

The new builds of MinGW-W64 based on GCC-6.3.0 is uploaded.
MinGW-w64 v5 is used.
