    I would like to redirect whole site using .htaccess like:

    RewriteEngine On
    Redirect permanent / https://www.new.com/

    I would love at least a way to provide custom 404 page or HTTP 301 redirects. My old site had many URLs, which are now broken, and replacing the old URLs with static .html pages is not a good solution.
