I would love at least a way to provide custom 404 page or HTTP 301 redirects. My old site had many URLs, which are now broken, and replacing the old URLs with static .html pages is not a good solution.

I've been digitally signing open source software for Windows software since 2013, and it does not have to be expensive. For a while I used Comodo certificates from Ksoftware, and now I have open source certificates from Certum, which are 25 or 49 Euros per year. Certum's process has been more complicated, though. EV certificates cost more, but a basic certificate is still helpful.
