Store Password Generator Profiles within the database
A lightweight and easy-to-use password manager

I just noticed the recent update that password generator profiles are now stored in an enforced configuration profile. I think it would be more useful if generator profiles are stored within the database, enabling synchronization between apps using the database.
Then you lose profiles when you change database. There is no easy solution, yet.

I wonder how many usecases there are of people splitting between multiple databases, versus keeping all passwords in one? I agree that finding an "easy" or comprehensive solution is going to take some thinking, but for those of us with one primary database, being able to keep profiles inside it would be beneficial. Thank you for responding!
This is achievable using a plugin. Password Change Assistant has the ability to save password generator profiles in the database as well as transfer/copy password profiles from config to database (and vice versa) and from one database to another.

With the change to storing profiles in the enforced config it may be worth considering adding this functionality to KeePass.
