If the database is being shared and the key is "changed", then all others would have the same issue. If only this user is experiencing the issue, then it is something else. I know you say the time is synced with NTP, but did you check https://time.is as mentioned above? Are you certain their time is synced. Have you confirmed the value is changing? Copy and pasted the value and saved it in notepad (for example) and then copy and paste it again when the error occurs to verify the value is indeed different...

KeeAnywhere does not automatically sync - it allows you to open a database stored on the cloud. BUT, you can actually use it to sync using triggers. First you want to set up your cloud drive in KeeAnywhere Tools>KeeAnywhere settings.
