Rectify 2.3 has been released fixing a couple of bugs:

accidentally hard coded my email in there for new ticket notifications.

Version 2.2 has been released fixing a couple of bugs that were found by users of the open source software. This version of Rectify will require you to completely delete the tickets and users tables of the database and re-run the installer for a new installation. Sorry for the inconvenience. It won't happen again.

This new version of Rectify fixes and also adds different benefits to the program to improve security and hence lower risk of exploit.

I have changed the login system to fix a problem with it not logging users in and I have also changed the way it logs in to use SESSIONS instead of cookies.

Another feature fixed was in the install where sometimes it would display a blank page due to a recurring function within a function. This has also been fixed. I have also added a feature which encrypts passwords added to the database. This further increases security.... read more
