ScreenBringer Blog

Hi,
ScreenBringer is my effort to break my dependency on the TeamViewer. I also have tried some alternatives (VNC, Any desktop), but none of them made me happy, so I decided to "make it myself" :-). As I'm pretty familiar with the JAVA platform, I decided to use particularly that. Nowadays the ScreenBringer serves well for me. I use it at 6 machines as a server and on 5 machines as a client. No a big problems so far, except it can be faster and it does not support several basic features (like ciphering and file transfer). So there is some work to do...
