Decoupled change tracking

Jesus Lopez has suggested a very interesting approach to Decoupled Change Tracking. I will implement this feature for the next release.

TimeStamp not good anchor

I was using a TimeStamp as Anchor. Marcel Timmermans has warned me about the possibility of problem when client changes the local date or time.
