Installer not working on Windows 10 64

I downloaded the installer from the repo (wampserver3.2.0_x64.exe) and not the button on the sourceforge page and it installed correctly

When I try to use the installer(wampserver3_x64_addon_mariadb10.2.30.exe)
on Windows 10 64, I use default folder (c:\wamp64) then click next, then
next on the screen showing my choice. I am not able to install because
installer is looking for wamp (which has yet to be installed) and I can not
proceed.
