[Zero-install-bugs] Bug in https://apps.0install.net/gui/notepad-plus-plus.xml

What doesn't work?

Apps can't run. I don't think they are downloading either.

What did you expect to happen?

I clicked on implement button on 0Install website. Expected app feed to be added to 0install and app to open. Instead 0Install indicated problem. I then tried to install from command line using Tilix. That didn't work either.

Are any errors or warnings displayed?

Yes. Tilix printed the following:
(0install:22231): Gtk-CRITICAL **: 15:07:22.244: gtk_box_gadget_distribute: assertion 'size >= 0' failed in GtkScrollbar
