The program reminds you to change your working position from sitting to standing (and back) at set intervals.
I have a standing desk, but have always forgotten to stand up occasionally in the "tunnel". This program reminds me of this. It can be minimized in the systray, so it doesn't interfere with my work. I designed the program for myself. Since it helps me a lot, I have decided to make it available to everyone.

Ich habe einen Stehschreibtisch, habe aber im "Tunnel" immer vergessen gelegentlich aufzustehen. Dieses Programm erinnert hieran. Es lässt sich im Systray minimieren, weshalb es beim Arbeiten nicht stört. Ich habe das Programm für mich persönlich entworfen. Da es mir sehr hilft habe ich beschlossen es für jeden zugänglich zu machen.
