Arco is a Template Manager tool, which can compile a JSP page to produce a java class completely offline (no need to deploy on a JEE server).
The main advantage over other template managers is that Arco detects all the syntax errors in the templates in COMPILE time, before it is executed.
Arco provides a runtime API to perform the transformation.
It supports almost completely all the standard functionalities of a JSP: redirections, Expression Language, tag libraries, session atributes, etc.
It is based upon Tomcat libraries.
