Just starting to use it now. Was not easy to install. There is an error in the data base install. In case you have problems: 1. Install as you would think. 2. After the database is installed DO NOT PRESS NEXT. 3. Instead, open phpmyadmin 4. navigate to the 'employees' table in the new 'hrms' database 5. Drop the 'permanent_country' column 6. re-add the column after 'permanent_city' with NULL defaulted and NULL allowed 7. then go back and hit the next button. 8. in the username and password put in an email address you would like to use and a password Then it should work. It looks like everything else works. We are going to try and use it for tracking volunteer hours. Will let you know more. Update: Tried but was not able to get it to work. Windows Vista, Apache/2.2.22 (Win32) PHP/5.2.17 MySQL 5.0.51a Too bad
