lets you select a file - start / endposition of desired output. Will open text from selected range in new window so you can try until you got the part you need....

I had to pick some stuff out of an 600M - Textfile on Windows.
No local / installed program could open it ...also my Linux - Box disk-quota was exceeded so i slashed together a quick tool, hope it helps someone !
