Update: I've printed off some balls from my resin printer and they look stupid, but are usable. In case anyone wants to do the same, there are four new files; a blender scene file to edit, an stl file from blender to import to your workspace, an AnyCubic workspace file to edit, and an AnyCubic render for the Photo Mono 4K in case you have one of those like me.
