Chrome Privacy Guard is a small tool that automatically deletes the unique Client ID before each run of Google Chrome. This tool scans the "Local State" file inside the Chrome directory, removes all Client ID related info and automatically starts Chrome.

This tool is unneeded and based on behavior in old versions of Google Chrome. Read download. cnet. c*m / blog / download-blog / chrome-to-ditch-unique-id-sort-of and archive. news. softpedia. c*m / news / Google-Chrome-to-Remove-Unique-ID-137535. shtml (remove spaces and replace * with oh's since this input form bans URLs). Google dropped the install ID. Note: The "Last Update" datestamp on the Summary page is not when this program was last updated. Look under the Files tab to see this program has not been updated since 2008.
