This short and simple test program was made to show myself whether I could remember everything I learned in C++ so far or not. The program itself has no GUI, just the cmd.exe screen. Enter any positive number you can think of (any nothing else!) for the radius of a circle, and the program will spit out the circumference. Cool, eh?
