Anxiety works is part of a larger project to provide free self help for persons dealing with emotional issues These self health files are based on cognitive therapy theory and practice and are in the form of video games. They are still being developed. The name anxietyworks is simply a reflection of a current iteration of an anxiety self help program that is working and has few if any bugs. it is written in Python by AI, mostly by Anthropic's Claude Sonnet 3.7.
