Combenefit

Combenefit software is a standalone application for Windows that performs surface analyses of drug and other agent combinations to identify synergy.

Project Samples

Just select the folder where all your combination replicates are, select your model and outputs and run the analysis. You can also run batch analysis by selecting the folder containing all cases to analyse and the right option in Combenefit.

Access data on figure and use many other options to manipulate your figures through the upper bar

Statistical significance level is displayed on the matrix plot

You can manipulate 3D plots to get better views

Open the appropriate folder and retrieve the image you want to insert in your paper or report

Combenefit populates the project folder with the model based analysis
