Let's you synchronize related scheduled jobs, which execute across many different machines. Instead of adding time padding between jobs (which can fail), use this utility. Please feel free to add more functions!

- Block until file lock is released
- Block until one or more states are written to a state file
- Update state in file, automatically log error state on errors, timeout
- Continue processing on another machine, within seconds of a previous step completing
- Enforce timeout periods on blocks (in seconds)
- Specify polling interval (in seconds)
- No database required - use UNC shared common file to share state
- Command-line tool - use with batch and sql agent jobs!
