DeleD Community Edition download

DeleD is a 3D modeler and level-editor combined into one. It focuses at game development and is specifically designed to create static scenes.

NOTE: a new webbased version called Figuro is available at https://www.figuro.io ! It runs in the browser, has similar capabilities and is generally easier to use.
