DICOV

DICOV (Dicom COnVerter) is a MATLAB-based tool for converting Dicom files into Analyze format with SPM orientation. Also, it supports simple Dicom viewer. As it utilizes some functions in SPM8, SPM8 should be installed and its path should be included to MATLAB path. A 64bit environment with more than 8GB RAM is required for DICOV (MAC OSX is recommended.).
Dicom is unified medical image format, but there're some variability across the imaging systems. DICOV is optimized for the Dicom files generated by GE PACS system.
