Searched my music files...showed a lot of doubles.....they where not doubles and it deleted all my files and emptied my folder. wow just WTF can u please tell me how this is useful? its just as well i had a bkup folder or else I would have lost my files for good. didnt even put them in the recycle bin. do not use this software

This a very efficient, simple, and solid program. It works great for *finding* duplicate files. Deleting them may take some time if you have a lot, because you need to delete each one manually. That would have been impractical for my purposes. So a wrote a short python script that parses the output file (which you can save to any .txt) and deletes all the dups of a given file except the one with the shortest path. It's a good application. But... the settable file sizes are in what measurement? Mbytes? Kbytes?
