A really ready to work out-the-box IDE for PHP, based in the great eclipse IDE.

Downloaded easyeclipse w/php (from SF 1.2.2.2). Didn't work, gave an error in the log file. I have eclipse for PHP up and working thought this would add some additional functionality that would be beneficial.
