I am using a Dell laptop that is connected to an external monitor via HDMI and I have a pair of amplified Logitech speakers that are plugged into the monitor. Using this connection I found that the volume was a bit low. This software allowed me to increase the Gain and everything is wording perfectly now. I can put the laptop into sleep mode without any buzzing sound from the speakers. Note: I had previously plugged my external speakers into the headphone jack and the volume was OK but the speakers would start buzzing when my Windows 10 laptop was put into sleep mode. Thank you for providing such an excellent piece of software.

For the love of god, make an option so it can be minimized to the tray. It has been a standard for the past 15 years.

Great work !

This is a game changer for the Valve Index! Thank you so much! The Index headset can produce low bass down to around 30 or 40hz, but it produces 30-60hz very quietly. Equalizer APO lets me boost those frequencies back up! I only lose the master volume headroom that I didn't need anyway. Rhythm games are so much better with low bass included! And this is hassle-free too, because it works per device and doesn't interfere with my system otherwise at all. Solid 6 out of 5 stars from me.

Easy installation and works as expected. No audio loss and almost no CPU usage. I'm impressed!

As of 8/19/22 on Win 11, this is deprecated. The usability of this app is horrible regardless -- it takes an outrageously long time to learn how to use this thing. The user has read through a brick wall of text like this is some developer's documentation. The end result is that the app does not work (fails silently, no error) and the documentation links to dead links as a part of the installation.

Excellent! Installed and rebooted the system(Win x64) and... bingo! My half dead microphone got a second life! Thank you developers!

Simply wanted a way to increase Windows 10 master volume. Equalizer APO allowed this to be achieved simply by installing it, rebooting and using the Configuration Editor to increase the volume higher than had been possible before installation. Superb!
