Windows version requires first installing pythonxy (~430 MB to download & long installation). Installation of frugal was "trivial" per instructions. However, program failed with python error: ImportError: no module named wx. Poking around a bit, this seems like a common developer issue, but not one for me to fix. Review terminated.
