A collection of puzzle and board games. The games are written and Java applets and playable within browsers that support Java.
Board games system
Gtkboard is a generic board game engine into which various games are fitted as plugins. Games share the user interface, move parsing and strategy code. Currently over 30 games have been implemented; some are single player and some are two player games.
Anywhere Board Games
Anywhere Board Games (ABG) allows users to play board and card games on the web in real time on multiple machines (PC, Linux, iPhone, iPad, and Android). ABG runs as a stand-alone PHP app. Unlike other gaming environments, we had a peculiar vision: projecting the main board on our table and using laptops or tablets to control our hands (with other friends joining in remotely). ABG runs on PHP 5 and Apache (which is provided with the Windows installer). It supports flipping, stacking, rotating, rolling, and shuffling of pieces, so most board and card games are playable.

The goal of the project is to create a Java multi-user game server that can be easily extended and used for adding a multiplayer feature to games. User authentication, chat and interfaces for adding custom capabilities will be provided out of the box.
