gptoolbox is a comprehensive MATLAB toolbox for geometry processing, optimization, and image processing. The toolbox includes wrappers for external software such as TetGen, Triangle, QSlim, and meshfix, as well as functions for mesh smoothing, cleanup, deformation, and parameterization.
