JMT is the best queuing solver out there. It is easy to use, has lots of features, well-documented and updated regularly. I used it during my Master thesis, PhD courses and also sometimes in my present PhD research. I learnt JMT directly from Prof. Serazzi (he was my Master and post-graduate research supervisor) and I am really grateful to him for building such a wonderful tool and giving it for free to the world.
