The license term of libjpeg is not "GNU General Public License version 2.0 (GPLv2)", it is "Custom free software license; can be used in any application without royalty, with acknowledgement." Can refer to README in jpegsr6b.zip.

You might notice that this SourceForge project is not an IJG project or a libjpeg-turbo project. It was created by libjpeg users. In other words, what this project may say is not significant at all. I changed the claimed license to BSD, but that is still not correct because the JPEG library licence is unique and SourceForge does not list it as a selection
