It does work! Depending on your filestructure/size of playlist (ex: one of my playlists is 800 files long) you may still need manual touches but it offers the tools to do so. Would have like to have the option to browse for missing file but that's minor. Thank you!

It has its limitations but it has saved me a lot of time moving my library across between different OSes.

Very good tool, it does things that media players can't do. It's only missing support for .mbp files for MusicBee.
