Lullaby is a little sleep timer that works with iTunes and Spotify. After a specified time, Lullaby will fade out your music, pause it, and then optionally put your Mac to sleep.
Set it and forget it: Lullaby opens up as an application, and after you enter the sleep time, Lullaby runs quietly in the background while you go to sleep. If you end up feeling sleepless and want to keep working, just quit the application.
Update changelog:
2012-06-14: Bug fixed where quitting the app would also put the computer to sleep immediately.
