MedConsult is a free Medical Outpatient Consultation & Electronic Medical Records Software. MedConsult is designed to manage the medical consultation all the way through from recording basic observations to issuing of prescriptions, sick leave or referral notes. Medicines are prescribed easily and MedConsult manages the dose, frequency, duration and route of administration of a drug automatically based on patient age group and nature of medicine. MedConsult also places Past Medical History, Family History & Social History of the patient within reach by capturing it only on the first contact with the client and only updating it on future consultations. Printing of prescriptions, laboratory or radiology request forms and letters is done easily in a few clicks. Monthly statistics can be collected easily from the program's statistics interface.
