An academic piece of software for compiling from a representation of legal institutions in a multi-tier institution (a vertical governance structure), to a new representation where revisions to an institution can be found to meet some properties. For example, revising a lower-tier institution to make the institution compliant with a higher-tier institution. Several input/output examples are supplied. Requires Clingo 4+. The compiler is written in Java, whilst ASP (Answer-Set Programming) is a declarative logic programming language.
