has NHapi suppoort CCD file validation. Please suggest

I am trying to create HL7 V2.5 QBP^Q22 query message & RSP^K22 response message for IHE PDQ V2 consumer query.... But QBP_Q22 and RSP_K22 classes are not available in nhapi V2.5.. Is there any specific reason for excluding those? I would like to add them in nhapi if not available.. Could you tell me how to enhance nhapi for including those classes?
