There are many tutorials for creating a node-express server, this project gives a useful template for creating a node-express server and embedding full HTML/CSS/JAVASCRIPT UI within the server that can be package into a single executable using the PKG module.
2019-09-30: while PKG claims to embed files by specifying those files in the pkg section of the project.json file, those files are not embedded. The alternative fix, is to create a node module variable for each HTML file and require each module, only then will the HTML is embedded in the executable using the PKG module.
