The current version of this module only works on v6.1.0x. We have not tested the module on version 6.0.0 and below.

This module faxes documents created within the program or uploaded to the Documents folder.

You have to have a public facing IP and domain to use this module. You will NOT be able to receive inbound faxes if you don't. If you are not concerned about inbound faxes. Then you do not need such.
