The aim of this project is to assist in reading the raw data directly off your garmin device. The development is currently being tested with a garmin forerunner 305.
The only requirement is that you have the garmin drivers installed. The drivers can be found here http://www8.garmin.com/support/collection.jsp?product=010-00467-00
There is no need to install the garmin connect software as thecommunication happens directly with the device
