P.E.R.C.S. stands for 'Procedurally Encrypted Random Cloud Storage' and is a PHP/SQL project made to give a better understanding of cloud storage and blockchain data stacking to PHP developers that may be interested. This has been a short-lived project, but due to life issues, I must step away from this for awhile, so now it's going open-source.
