Powerlimit

With Powerlimit you can set all the properties of the Power Limits on modern Intel CPUs (>= 6th generation).
You can enable and disabled the Long and Short Term Limits, set the Wattage and the Time Window, or enable and disabled Clamping.
Additionally, you are able to set Power Limits for Cores, Graphics and DRAM, if your CPU supports this.
Moreover, to reduce the power consumption of your CPU you can define voltage offsets for your Core, Cache, Uncore, Graphics and IO voltages.
And finally, Powerlimit allows you to set a Temperature Offset to reduce the allowed maximum temperature of your CPU.
