Random Password Generator download

My 1st C++ project; I'm mainly posting my code for input on improvements. I started with this type of program in order to develop my error trapping with user input. My ultimate goal is to use this base code in a personal USB locker program for my own passwords. (Much like the Windows FPS/Bitlocker system)

It does what the screenshots show it can do. I tried generating 25 passords with 40 characters each an it worked as expcted. It uses decimal numbers, upercase letters, lowercase letters and some special charactes. One thing I noticed is that all passwords start with a decimal number.
