There are multiple solutions available for extract outlook PST data into another file format. that's easily Outlook PST Extractor to Extract Attachments, Emails Address, Calendars & Contacts from PST. You can google this solution. Last time I used a solution for the same issue and got a great result with this tool. Softaken exttract pst attachment
