It does not start, because the python of the correct version does not come with the program. Python 3 version does not fit.

Just installed in Windows 7. Works like a charm. I agree, voices are choppy and unnatural--but it's free and does what it's supposed to do. You MUST run the three setup exe files in the correct order for it to work: 1) spchapi.exe 2) msttsl.exe 3) sayzm051.exe.
