Could someone please help me to load this firmware onto the Sparkfun Graphic LCD serial backpack. I'm completely new to all of this.

SerialGLCD is great, its a huge improvement to the manufactures firmware for the GLCD 128x64 Backback from SparkFun. It offers better functionality, flow control and faster rendering.
