Saves resulting images (main and reference) in FITS and XCF formats. Separate delta positions from baseline fitted curve for all lines (main, main2/subtractive and reference).
Correction of inclination and size ratio of images.
Doppler color image creation from adjoining lines (main1/main2).
Transversalium correction. Glare reduction. Opens resulting images on Image16 for further processing.
