Sticker

Sticker is a free .NET Desktop PostIt Note solution for Windows. Its design aims to be aesthetic and functional instead of being overloaded with features. The application's purpose is to replace real PostIt Notes - no more, no less.

Features

Unlike other note utilities, Sticker is able to pin its notes directly to the desktop like icons, "Show Desktop" will work as well as the Windows 7 desktop preview.
Important notes can be made shown always on top
The note arrangement on the desktop is saved as well as the contents
Support for font styles (bold/italic/...) via shortcuts (Ctrl+B, Ctrl+I, ...)
Clickable links (automatically detected while typing)
The executable can be used in portable mode (useful for pen drives)

Downloaded & installed it. Started using it. When I next started my computer, all notes had disappeared. Not much use if that's going to happen.
