TxtCipher is a single-file web application (`TxtCipher.html`) that encrypts and decrypts text using RC4 with Base64 encoding. It is compatible with [TxtCrypt](https://github.com/valexa/TXTcrypt/tree/main) (an Objective-C macOS app).
Note: This uses RC4 , which *NOT* considered good encryption. The only reason for this project is to be compatible to TxtCrypt
