Works great in Visual Studio 2010! This C# code is c. 2007 but successfully interprets the latest IANA timezone DB files to ICS file format for other usage. The Audit function to validate the ICS file has a threading issue out of the box, but can be easily fixed. A great start to parse IANA TZ DB source files.
